WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE

I just wanted a quote to repair a leaking roof, the guy that had to quote me never showed up for the time 15h00 that was arranged with me (I had to leave work early to make the appointment), then when i phoned the office to find out if some one is coming out to the house they just said sorry it was out of their control and that they would be at our house at 4h30, so again I rushed all my errands to be home for the guy to quote me. Guess what they never showed up. What pathetic service!!! I wonder if the owner knows his staff is knocking his business into the ground...
