I went to Botselos to enquire about slip covers that I wanted made. I made an appointment for a consultation and had to pay R500. We decided that we were not going to have the slip covers made anymore and I cancelled my consultation. Botselo's do not return the R500.00 I paid for the consultation I never got. I should never have paid the R500 and shouldv've walked out the minute they asked for it. Stupid, I know! However how can they charge you for a service you have not received. I'ts like charging entrance fee just to browse around their shop! Well (very expensive) lesson learnt. Don't do business with Botselo's. They'll just rip you off.
