RUDE AND HEARTLESS

I used BOJAY GRANITE to remodel my kitchen, adding granite as my cupboard counter tops. I followed their process in terms of payment, no delay from my side. It was the week after they had installed the granite that i found that i could no longer open one of my cupboards. I called the contractor George, and he agreed to return to fix it saying that he also owes me a chopping board, a gift all their clients get. He did not return. I called him several times and sent him texts. Always the same response, hes been sick but will get to it. Eventually, almost a year later i call the office and speak to Monique who tells me that George hasnt been with them for a few months but that they will sort out my issue. i was asked to send an sms with my address. i did this on the 17/07/2013. To this day i have not heard from her. i called Monique agaiana this morning and she rudely tells me that i must send my address again but the guys are not working now so she doesnt know when they can come out. She also tells me that "George is dead so you can forget about him." I told her that i will be submitting this complaint and she said "if thats what you want to do then go ahead".
