Walters Lawn Service - Poor Service

I required 30m2 of LM lawn.

A Google search gave me Walters Lawn service. I emailed them on Monday 8h to get a quote and very quickly had a quote on mail. I enquired about lead time and the lady (Mascie) said that I can expect delivery 24hrs after payment.

I paid at around 11h00 on the Monday morning and sent through proof of payment. Mascie confirmed over the phone that i will definitely have delivery the next day and asked me a preferred time. She was happy with "any time after 17h00"

The next day, she phoned at around 13h to say that they had issues with drivers and my delivery is postponed to the next day. I accepted and agreed to the next day (Wed) at 17h00.

I phoned her at 15h Wed to say that i would be home early if they wanted to send the delivery earlier; then she again claimed that there were issues with the driver and they had to again postpone to the Thursday. Now also, she was not happy with 17h00 anymore. I phoned Walter directly and got confirmation for 17h the next day.

Thursday, Mascie phones and asks that I call Walter. Walter the says that 17h wont work and they can only do 16h Thur latest.

Eventually rushing home i got my lawn at 16h45 Thur!
