Prima Bella
Warning - Extremely dangerous product!

As part of a renovation and upgrade of an accommodation facility for tourists, my builder purchased ten Prima Bella shower doors from CTM. In one month of usage four panels have shattered. Three people have been injured including a four year old girl. The doors shatter with such force that bits of glass have embedded in people's arms and legs and in one case, a guest's face. This is obviously impacting negatively on our business and on the experience of our foreign visitors. I lodged a formal complaint with CTM who immediately deflected responsibility asking if a preferred supplier was used to install. A representative from Prima Bella (the importers and distributors) came to inspect and did as we anticipated, blamed the instillation. It may say tempered glass but from our experience it is still extremely dangerous irrespective of who installs. Did I mention that ALL the doors leak despite multiple attempts to seal them.
We find the lack of accountability disgraceful and unacceptable. My expectation is for a full refund, as well as the supply and fitment of a suitable alternative. I invite CTM / Prima Bella to take responsibility and attempt to change my perception.
