Terrible customer service

My louvres need repairing and unfortunately it seems that I can only get it repaired by the person who installed it. Hampson interiors takes forever to get back to you. I have made payment and sent signed quote and they do not have the decency to even acknowledge it and let me know when they will repair my louvres
