Geyserwise
Geyserwise is a faulty product

I bought a Geyserwise product about 3 weeks ago. 1 day after installation it gave me an E1 error message. This means my geyser element is not working. I found that strange as my geyser is only 1 year old. I then reset the device but the E1 message kept appearing. I then stopped the timer and set it to maximum (3 droplets appear). This then keeps the water hot which obviously means there is no problem with the element. Whenever I switch the timer on it gives me the error message after a few minutes. The guy Brian who sold it has been no help.

I now tell everyone that they must not buy this product has it gives nothing but problems.
