Not to be trusted

We contracted with this company in January of this year for a substantial contract including BIC's room doors etc. He is so quick to come and see you to sell his product, produce a quote and ask for his money. Then the excuses start! I have never met anyone that can come up with such elaborate excuses for poor service. We have still not received all items paid for and are unable to get him to finish the work he started. We are now at the point where he has 90 percent of the money, but more than 70 percent of the work is outstanding and he wants more money! We now have to pay someone else to come and finish his work.
