Bad attitude

We used them too replace our garage motor then it made one of noise called them last wed evening they said they will come thursday phoned them atleast 5 times and he said his collecting stock he will come at 5 called them again did ans finally gt through too him but he put phone down in my ear they came fri morning say we are very rude he was shouting at me saying me and mom are rude, they were quick too make a sale but we we need repairing they dont pitch plus we had garantee on it he saying we rude never see companys shout at costmers like that i would not advise any one use them very dissapointed in them.many thanks
