No car for 3 months cause of misfill

Jan 18 2013 at 18:47 I had a misfill at the Sasol garage on Booth Road in Durban. There was no manager on duty and the supervisor on duty took an hour to come attend to us and when he came he was rude as ever. 1 of the petrol attendants helped us by calling the manager (Nolwazi) who was so RUDE she said there was no was no way she was going to come to the garage we must do whatever we like. My brother came to the scene and when we asked Nolwazi the manager for a misfill form she said they didn't have n when he asked her for the forecourt managers numbers she refused, we asked her for the boss's number she said he was in Lusikisiki and could not be contacted at that time. I was on my way to Zululand, had to then find myself accommodation for the night as Nolwazi said she will come to the garage the next day. Arrived at the garage the next day she continued being rude and I called the tow truck to tow the car, we asked her for written consent that they will be liable she refused.
