I called [URL Removed] to get a plumber out to connect my fridge to an existing water supply in the wall.
a plumber by the name of David called me, and I agreed that I will pay his call out fee of R125, plus work and spare parts needed to do the job. I left R500 with my maid to pay him, knowing that its a 15 minute job, and the price for the valve is R47.50 at Builders.
to my suprise, I get an invoice from A274 Plumbing, for R1607.40? I want to know if they are use to clients like this, or am I the only one being taken for a ride here?
I would like for them to review the invoice given, and let me know why I am charged this exorbent amount?
