I logged a complaint about Lumber City Durbanville and when I was informed that they do not respond on Hello Peter I sent the complaint to their head office in Montague Gardens.
The Durbanville franchisee contacted me within two hours and explained the situatuion that they are in and that the industry generally bills a handling fee on returns.
They also offerred to pay my handling fee back.
