Aspire Mixer - messed around

I wrote to Builders previously about a mixer I purchased from them and the water coming out spraying improperly. I was contacted by them who advised they would get ISCA to come and check and resolve the problem. After 2 weeks I had an appointment for a Saturday at 11am. Their contact did not pitch, neither called me to advise me they running late. I called them and they advised they had to go to another customer and will call me back. I waited and never received a call until later that day. They then mentioned they will call me back on Tuesday, which they never did, but called on Wednesday. I complained on Tuesday to Builders, that I do not want the mixer any longer, as it carries a guarantee but I have lost trust, as if this is the service and commitments and arrangements are disregarded by their contact I will rather buy a different brand. I need to now purchase the tools to remove the baisin and mixer, and have to purchase another one.
Really disappointed with the service; and I told the consultant I did not want to be called back by their contact, who did call me again.
