Thank you to Heinrich Primic, Director at the company, who responded promptly to my complaint and arranged to come to our house personally to assess the damage to the blinds. He arrived on time on the day and was very friendly, helpful and promised to send a quote through, and he did exactly as promised. I just want to thank The Plantation Shutter Company for excellent service. We will definitely use them in the future should we need to. They are proud of their product and their service - hats off to that!!!
