Everturf- Poor Service, QuAaity and Follow up!!!

We are a 5 aside arena in Honeydew Gauteng that made the mistake using of Everturfs services under the assumption they were a reputable and qualified installer and builder of arenas. From the offset we should have known they did not have an understanding of our requirements. We received a number of quotes stating what would be installed and put down and now we find out what we payed for was not what we got... They changed the turf product to something which in the opinion of other experts is a sub grade product.
We have had countless problems with them getting back to us and now we are at the point of legal action. They have poor levels of communication and clearly have no respect for clients who pay large sums of money for service that is clearly over priced and poor in quality.

My recommendation to anyone wishing to make use of them is STAY AWAY... THEY ARE NEVER AVAILABLE WHEN NEEDED ESPECIALLY FOR FOLLOW UP AND MAINTENANCE WORK. YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR SUB STANDARD WORKMANSHIP AND PRODUCTS AND THE SCARIEST OF ALL THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES ON THEIR WORK. THEY ARE QUICK TO WANT PAYMENT YET NEVER AVAILABLE WHEN YOU NEED THEM...
