In December 2012, 2 parties ordered 2 couches from Mr Joe Volker in Northcliff and was advised that the couches would be ready on the 12th of January. A deposit of R2550.00 was paid by each party to Mr Volker in December to secure the transaction.

Since January 2012, Mr Volker has been contacted every week for the couches, but to no avail. Several excuses later since then, no couches has been received and no effort has been made to refund the deposits. He has become abusive and threatened people when the deposits were requested.

i would like to know how many other people this man has out of their money as he is an unscrupulous person with no conscience.
