I have had the pleasure of talking to Gerrit 3 times in the last few month. Every time he has been willing to go the extra mile when I have a query. I do want to applaud Dell for the way their Call centre treats people. Gerrit even assisted me in Afrikaans which really does make the difference. Well done!
