This morning just before 7:30 as I was driving to work I came across the Doornpoort plaza, I drove through the card only lane, as I got there I politely asked the gentlemen by the window to assisst me with swiping my card beacause I am too short and I could reach the swiping machine...
He rudely answered what was I going to do if he was not there???
Firstly I want to know, if did he attend customer service training? and if so, is it what is being taught there???
Secondly I want to ask what is he doing there if he does not want to do his job???
I work with people, and not was I rude to customer...
