Lack of service and part missing from PC

I had my pc in for over a week and got no calls from these guys regarding the repair status. Upon arrival i find the staff debating loudly over which kind of chicken they are going to order for lunch. After some confusion it arises that that they had done a HDD clean up instead of attending the problem which was an overheating system . (The job card clearly stated overheating)

To make matters worse my CCTV DVR card is missing and the power to my CD Rom was disconnected. So this means that i will have to spend my time and efforts chasing after them for their lack of competency.

So now i am thinking whether to hand these to my legal team just because i can...
