Deducting R3, 07 per day?

My cellphone was soft locked and I asked why. Found out Victorious technologies just took it upon themselves to deduct R3.07 per day on my cell phone account. I did not give any permission or subscribe to anything. This was apparently from 15 December 2013. How can they just do what they want without a person's permission??
