Placed an order last week Thursday for a software package. Within an hour or two I received a phone call from Jeremy explaining that they were out of stock and asking me if I was prepared to wait a week.

Tuesday morning I received an email with the tracking number and Tuesday afternoon I received my order.

It is a breath of fresh air receiving something BEFORE you expect it. Thanks Simplicity.
