I have been having problems with missing airtime from August. I contacted my service provider and was advised that I have been billed R2.63 per day since August by SMSNET.
I want this subscription cancelled and my money refunded. This is not legal.
Please contact me urgently. The number (012-3428001) I was given to contact you does not go through to customer care.
