Hp useless

Hp, has very bad service, even after I did all they asked (have to take in for 3 repairs before they replace), still no joy. I call to speak to the team leader (lulama) but he does not take my calls. Iniatially very helpful and said a replacement unit will be sent to me, but now does not even take calls. I have 3 hp printers in my office and 2 hp laptops. You can bet when time comes for replacement I would never consider hp. I took the laptop with a vodacom contract that was the first mistake, never do that. Vodacom takes no responsibility for it. I hear that it is easier to get a replacement if you buy from one of the big stores (game, makro, incredible connection) because they have more control over their suppliers like hp, and hp does what they ask, just for next time that is.
