Complaint
Supplier name me - remove it how?

A supplier responded twice to my one complaint and they used my handle and then put my name in - I want to complain that they did this - I mean I do not want to be named else my handle would be my name. Do you train companies that respond that putting in the customer name is not right? I have to make this a complaint as I could not find another place to e-mail you on your website?

Please advise how to get companies that respond to ONLY USE THE HANDLE I PROVIDED AND NOT MY FULL NAME. Sigh it was MFC that did this.
