Just wanted to say thanks for your help yesterday, I found the problem and it was in my anti virus, Apologies for the inconvenience, I do have one request, I recently had to replace my bank card, I have added the new one to my office 365 profile but cant seem to delete the old one, can you please assist me with this otherwise there will be payment problems, Also my payment option still hasn't been changed to cash and I wish to update my profile, If you could help me with that as well
