Very poor comunication

I took my desk top in for repair about 3 weeks ago and after R300 later when i got home it done the same as what it did so i took it back. After 1 week after he sed he will call me to say what is wrong he did not i had to call him after 2 weeks it was the same story and finely when i got my desk top back and got home i found out that my adaptor from my screen to my box was missing so i calld shaun to ask if it is there he sed yes and he will drop it off at my house after work so its now 8:40pm and still nothing. I will never ever support them agen.
