Forced to pay subscription to respond

So if a friend of someone who has registered with you guys they can complain on there behalf??
And we cant respond without paying money!! So we held for ranson and only one side has been told??
I find that disgusting that you allow people to about an incident and make a company looking bad. But we must pay you money so that we can respond to 1 bad report that pops up all over google when searching for my company. You guys dont have the full story, and thats the way it stands, because im trying to pay my staff and keep the company going while saving every last cent i can. VERY ONE SIDED!
