Cannot update report / give feedback

After lodging my complaint on hallopeter and leaving a incriminating message on cardies facebook page, my money was paid into my account within 10 hours.

I am disappointed in the lenghts one must go these days to get justice, but, THANKYOU Cardies, finally this is sorted out.

Now I cannot edit my report.
neither can I write a new report. (5 day waiting period)
neither can I give feedback because cardies has contacted myself.

I would like to give cardies credit that they responded very quick, but the [URL Removed] system / program do not allow me to do so.

what am I supposed to do now?
