Great service and support

Being lazy, I tried to take a shortcut by guessing that my PC will support 4Gig memory, which it doesn't.
After the memory was delivered I only discovered that I cannot use it.
Daniel was very helpful in suggesting to take a look at what memory was supported by my motherboard.
I found the Intel link and discovered that it only supports 2Gig per channel.
They had no problem to replace the 4Gig chip for 2 X 2Gig chips.
I have done many purchases with Sybaritic over a long period of time and would definitely continue to do so.
These days it is hard to find companies with personnel that does more than what is expected. This in effect causes consumers to have much less patience when dealing with these types of affairs.
I appreciate companies that offers this level of customer support and would support them as much as I possibly can.
