Site looks legit but

Hi. Site looks legit and rather detailed info available. Did payment and after two weeks received a letter explaining that the business had a financial problems and a decision was made to close it. Money will be payed back. A six month period is suggested. May be true, don't believe it, but the bigger problem is that the site is still functioning. Do not know how many unsuspected buyers has and still will be.
