The extra Mile

I ordered some equipment from them yesterday and did all my EFT payments, I was told my equipment should be ready the next day (today), mid day i was told sorry but my payment has not cleared and I called my bank. They said it would take up to 3 days. I did not want to wait this long as work would interfere at a later date for collecting the equipment.

Graeme and myself had a couple of emails sent and he agreed to release my equipment for me for collection the same day (today)
