Good day I am very upset by your poor service and lack of communication. I was expecting a delivery yesterday 29 April 2013 as confirmed when I called on Friday 26 April. I asked to deliver after 16h00 as nobody will be home as I am working. I waited till 16h45 called your call centre who coudn't tell me what is going on and kept me waiting 8 minutes on line till my airtime ran out. After hours numbers don't work either. If anyone was not home as stated on the tracking online its due to your lack of communication cause I never even received a call to say company is outside my complex.
