INVALID PERMIT PAPER!

I purchased a vehicle from EJX Auto, all went well and I was told that the vehicle was ready for collection. I went to collect the vehicle on the 19th of April 2013. I Signed all the documents then drove off home with excitement. Two days later being the 21st of April, it was on a Sunday I was driving around with my family after church only to be stopped by the metro police. To my surprise they told me that the permit I was driving with was tempered with and it was! There original details were covered with paper and they wrote my vehicle's details on top of that paper, the permit was not even completed with my details, that section was left blank. The police told me that they have to arrest me and impound the vehicle. I had to call JACO and advise him of the incident, he told me he was in Pretoria and he couldn't come. Rudi the owner then called and spoke to the police, he said he will get the correct papers and get his driver to come with him. We waited for two hours at the police station, then the driver came alone with a permit that was not completed. Rudi was rude to me at one stage! I was very traumatised and inconvenienced! A full tank does not do justice!
