BMW 1200 GT Service

I took my BMW 1200GT for a service, second time at Pinnacle Auto in Secunda. The first time they damaged my Clutch Master cylinder. When I took the bike in nothing was wrong with the clutch. When I fetch it the clutch was slipping when the fluid gets hot. After long arguments I paid 50% of the damage and BMW 50%, which I'm still not happy with.

This round, they said my right hand front shock is damaged and I must replace it. I said they must only put new seals in and I will come back to them. When I fetch my bike, the right hand front shock jump out on top after about 200 meters from the garage. The Technician didn't tighten the nuts on top.

Rudolph assisted me to get it fixed and I will never go back to Pinnacle, they will kill me with their incompetence and poor workmanship.
