Misled to buy a car with latentdefects

I bought a second hand Audi A4 1997 at r and m motors in Pretoria, with vehicle registration number BTG87L and identification number AAAZZZ8DZVU000295, lisence number ND28178 .it is alleged that the kilometers are 180000 and i was not given service book.before i bought the car i identified that there were defects.the tyres were not in good condition, aircon and radio was not working .we agreed that i will fix those defects and he will reduce R6900 from R39900 for me to repair those defects, The payment was done on 28 September 2012.onthe
29 September when i fill up the petrol there was a leak and there was a smell of petrol inside the car.on 01 October 2012 i drove form modimolle to Pretoria when i realized that there was a smell and there was a smoke coming from the engine .i reported the matter to the retailer Mr swart who said that there is nothing he could do as i bought the car as it is.there was latent defects which are there in the car .i bought a new clutch kid which was fit.therewas also oil leek.i informed mr swart that i dont need this car anymore and he should give me my money and take his car.he said i should first give him R6900 discount .his contact 0798930048
