Not Dressed good enough to warrent service

Me and my husband went to this branch twice this month has he wants to buy the new Mercedes A class on our first visit we had to track a sales person down to answer some questions for us, so we went back yesterday has my husband really wants this car and wanted to take it for a test drive but not one person came to help us yet people coming in after us were seen to straight a way. We came to the conclusion that we are not dressed correctly to warrant service (jeans and t/shirts).
I own a business were service is everything and if I had to ignore a future customer based on the way they are dressed I might as well close my doors, Tip to you guys don't judge a book by its cover because you lost a sale yesterday.
