Unavailability of Ssangyong spares

I have a Ssangyong Kyron 2006 model diesel. After damage to the front part of my vehicle (may 2012) the panelbeater and myself tried to get hold of the front splash plate below the front bumper, with no avail. Nobody seems to care. I have tried to obtain a airconditioner filter for the same vehicle and contacted all the previous suppliers of Ssangyong as well as the current suppliers (Mahindra) in Pretoria and Midrand and none of them were able to supply the simple service komponent. I then contacted the Mahindra headoffice in Centurion. The only comment was that it was an older engine and they focus on the later models (which will become older models eventually), but she will investigate and come back to me. Until now I had no response from the Mahindra suppliers aswell as the person from Mahindra headoffice. I feel I can not complain about the service because there is no service.
