Peter thanks, Zeda responded. BUT their response is more defensive. The initial complain was DAMAGED GOODS, when the site manager responded he said the goods were not damaged but he disclosed about four recorded claims against the vehicle. No claim is small or big, all are claims meaning something bad happened and the claim was captured. Again I say zeda is ripping poor people off by selling damaged items. And i am still trying to get the ombudsman to intervene in this issue. What makes me happy is the fact that the four claims were logged before i bought the vehicle, and my initial complain was clear that they did not disclose any of the claims to me which i found it to be unfair. Is like the donkey meat saga... lol. We tend to defend our mistakes by weighing the extent of the damage and forgetting that transparency is the most part when making business. Now that they disclosed the claims i stand a good chance to escalate to the ombudsman who will assist going forward.
