What excellent service from day one - I am truly taken aback with the way in which Michael Claase and Lesley Sherriff go the extra mile. Always friendly and ready to assist where possible. So refreshing to know that people like Mike and Lesley still exist in the motor industry.
From day one when I viewed my vehicle I was treated with such care and received really high standards of customer service. I was constantly kept in the loop and was promised delivery on 13 April 2013 and your team amazed me when the date and exact timing was kept. I was treated like I was their only customer.
Lesley's service was simply remarkable - she ensured that I was transported to and from work timeously - with no questions asked.
