Poor service offered @ a high cost

Exactly 7days after having paid a hefty R8026.00 to repair and replace the clutch on my vehicle, the clutch gave in again. I had the car towed back to the workshop and asked the service rep to attend to the problem or give me a refund. To my dismay, I am being asked to pay an additional R2500.00 for problem that was clearly overlooked during the initial repairs, a problem which subsequently resulted in a mechanical failure and quite a traumatic experience while I was on the road with my family. So much for putting the client's safety first... not to mention the inconvenience of having to get by without a vehicle!
I've asked the service rep for a refund so I can take the car elsewhere for assistance, to which she said she was going to discuss with her manager and come back to me. 5hrs later I'm still waiting...
