Poor Communication and SMS code issues

After they opened/created a new client portal, i have failed to have access to the portal, once discussed with them they told me my password was reset, this was done without my consent. Due to them I have lost out on my payment. Then once logged in, I noticed that none of the sms regarding my code have been logged on the system. This sets me to believe that they people into the change of contract as they promise to pay R 3000 per approved deal and yet they don't log the deals on the system like they should! I want to totally disregard the contract with them and return their vehicle as i am utterly disgusted with their appalling workmen ship
