Approximately 2 months ago, I took my car to Tiger Wheel & Tiger for allingment. They referred me to BMW since an adjustment had to be made by BMW on a rear wheel. I took my X3 to BMW Menlyn Auto and they apparently 'fixed' it by doing an advanced alignment and adjustment on a front wheel. The assured me it was the correct tyre. I complained thereafter that the car was still pulling left and someone would have called me back, which never happened. I even went there to complain again, but no technician was available to attend to the car. Now, some warning lights are on and I took my car back to BMW Menlyn, since a technician from BMW on Call (very helpful) told me that BMW Menlyn did the adjustment settings wrong and has to redo it. I spoke to a service person at BMW Menlyn this morning and he told me that I would have to pay since it is BMW's policy. I consider it very unfair that I have to pay BMW for BMW Menlyn's incompetence which occured a couple of weeks ago but manifest itself this weekend. If they did it properly, I would not have to take it back again. BMW Menlyn Auto have utterly poor service. Why cant they provide the same quality service as other BMW dealerships?
