Continued Bad Service / No reply from Management

The Caltex in Forest Hill is my closest service station and I therefore make use of them. Service is horrendous, and has been getting worse. I have complained and left my contact number on numerous occasions and the owner has not once replied. I spend R2000 on average a month there.

On occasion the jockey forced my bonnet down, leaving a space so that it didn't close properly, I left my details with the lady inside, still no one contacted me. Another occasion befire work I wanted to fill up, give the amount run into the shop, come out to find that he has not even begun to put petrol in, his on his cell, I eventually had to call him as this phone call just kept going on. Today, it was busy I waited and waited. Cars were moving, jockeys standing and talking and playing around when I said something, he began to moan in isiXhosa! This is unacceptable. The only service her is bad service. I'm hoping for a reply now from the site.
