Did not pay all money owed to me

SO Last year (2012) I put my Renault Clio Sport up for sale, they phoned me and said that they are willing to put the car on their showroom floor and then just boost the price up a little, so that in the end I get my money and they get R5000 from the sale, basically as payment for the car being on their showroom floor. At first I declined, but I was struggling to get my car sold. So they phoned again, and I agreed, since all the contracts looked legit.. Then from October they were waiting for a potential buyer to get his finances sorted out, so in November she phoned me, saying that he could only get R70 000 instead of the R80 000 that I wanted, so reluctantly I agreed on it. After the contract of sale was signed on the 19th of November, she promised that I would have my money within two weeks. Two weeks later I phoned to find out what was going on, then started the excuses, one after the other, by end of February I only got R32500, and by the end of march they had only paid me a total of R52500. So it's been 5 months now, and I'm still waiting for R17500. I have been forced to take legal action as they are apparently not willing to pay me the rest of the money they owe me.
