Skreams and points fingers if they wrong

Took my car for Repairs, they forgot to mount my snorkel with three bolts, WENT BACK AND JUST ASKED IF THEY CAN PLEASE PUT THE THREE BOLTS BACK AND SECURE THE SNORKEL . BRETT the owner of the panel beater denied they done it and hes worker as well, I then got angry for the fact that they denied it, and said they must leave it I will repair it myself. Brett then started screaming at me and he pushed his finger in my face. Why could he just said sorry and fit three bolts I don't know. I then screamed back as I don't think it is professional to push your finger in customers faces. He then left me standing outside in the cold for a hour while they fixed the problem.
