I still have not received correspondence from BP regarding my complaint, which I loaded on the 02.04.2013 : My husband and I went to the Bp filling station in Mtubatuba, on the 2nd of April at 06:00. We waited for a good 10 minutes to be a assisted, we hooted but no one came out. Eventually my husband got out of the car to ask for assistance, the manager said he must wait to be assisted, why is he in a hurry, he should just wait. My husband then asked for her name, she then said that doesn't have a name. We then opted to leave and fill up at another filling station. Bp Mtubatuba lost a potential R733.30 due to bad service and a bad attitude.
