UTI refusing my business because of my complaint

I complained here about the bad attitude of the UTI Sun couriers in Bethlehem's manager, Christa who refused to help rectify an error in paperwork that was made by my supplier that affected their system's charge for a job that had been done. I called their head office in PTA myself to see if they were prepared to help, and they were. I also received a follow-up phone call from the PTA office, who explained the problems that were caused but were nonetheless prepared to rectify the situation.

The complaint must have reached the manager in Bethlehem - Christa - as the staff there have now been instructed to refuse my business. Wow. They must be doing really well to turn away /- R1600 p.m. regular business!
