Terrible Service

I took my car in for service at mccathy vw in wonderboom. Got there @ 7:45, waited in a queue for more than 30 min just to get my car checked in. Had to wait till 9:15 before i could be dropped off at home as they kept saying they do not have cars... Like really now, mccathy has no cars to transport clients, ya neh!!!
At 15:30 i got a that my car was ready for collection, the driver was waiting outside... in my mind i'm thinking "mayb they are not that bad afterall"... thought of giving them a compliment way too early. At 16:05 i was at the garage and i made Tania aware that i was there to collect my car. She said they were finalising the invoice and should be done soon. Clients came and left me there..."waiting for the invoice" At 16:45 my car drove out, and reversed back within a min... Tania was no where to be found. It was only then that wheels were checked, wipers tested and oil to be changed... yes Oil!! One of the main reasons you take ur car in for service is... yes... Oil change. I asked to speak to a manager: Johan, n he was no where to be found. So they basically did a full day job in 10 min... MHHH!!! I dont eva wanna c myself in that place!!! Pathetic service
