After having a fantastic purchase experience last year, I took my car for it's first 15000km service this week. Wow, what an experience. From the telephonic booking process, through the booking in, shuttle to work, various telephonic progress reports, shuttle pickup, fitting of the tow bar at the same time, payment process, coffee, service feedback and general attitude and service, all I can say is that I am extremely, totally, completely impressed!
