No insurance, bad attitude

28 Feb, we've used Peter's removal for our relocation.
I've arranged with Peter and Jo-Anne indicating that it need to be done 8h00.
By the way arangement was made month eariler.
On that day, someone called saying that they don't have a truck, they will come out with bakkie and the trailer?
I called again saying that that is not acceptable. I could done it myself.
around 8h30 driver called saying that they lost. Eventually I got into the car and managed to get them in Kemptonpark. Already cheesed off at this. Moving was quick, but then we noticed that they've not used any of bubble rap to stack nicely and many of our goods were damaged including bending golf bag legs? Even the tv unit was cracked right. My wife called Peter and sent the guy out to inspect. They returned with guy to pick up the damaged good to repair. I've told them no way, you not taking my staff. I've asked them don't they have an insurance and said no. Ok this tells you already that they are back yard operating company. On the end I requested full amount to be returned at least. He said to me that "Are you that broke? " Are you serious!!
I'll be opening the case in this regard. He laughed.
